Addition to defining Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), explaining why it is dangerous, its stages, and how it is transmitted

يتمحور موضوع الحوكمة وأخلاقيات المهنة فـي أسلوب ممارسة السلطة في تسيير شؤون الدولة سياسيا، اقتصاديا واجتماعيا، والذي يتأسس على معايير الحكم الراشد، وعلى الأخلاقيات التي لابد أن يلتزم بها العامل أثناء أداء مهامه الوظيفي.
وقد برزت أهميته أكثر في الوقت الراهن مع ضعف إدارة الحكم خصوصا في المنطقة العربية، وكذا الأزمة المالية العالمية التي تسببت في انهيار اقتصاديات عدد كبير من الدول المتقدمة والنامية كنتيجة حتمية عن غياب السياسة الراشدة في تسيير المؤسسات في القطاع الحكومي والقطاع الخاص.
محتوى المادة:
1- تحديد المفاهيم (مفهوم الحكم الراشد والمفاهيم المقاربة له). (محاضرة)
2- نشأة مفهوم الحوكمة وتطوره وأهميته.(محاضرتان)
3- معايير الحكم الـراشد(معايــير الحكم الراشد في المجال السياسي).(محاضرتان)
4- معايير الحكم الـراشد(معايــير الحكم الراشد في المجال الاقتصادي).(محاضرتان)
5- الخلافة الراشدة ومبادئ الحكم الراشد. (محاضرتان)
6- مفهوم أخلاقيات المهنة وأهدافها ومبادئها. (محاضرتان)
7- أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم في الحضارة الإسلامية (محاضرتان).
أهداف تدريس المادة: تنحو نحو الالمام بمعايير الحكم الراشد، وتفعيلها في المجال المهني
